Manufacturing Process
(1) Precision casting (water-glass casting, silica-sol casting)
Features the ability to select various materials for casting across a wide range, from carbon steel to stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and high-alloy special steel, capable of casting any material.
Equipped with steel-making equipment adaptable to changes in material, size and casting method. In addition, high-quality molten steel is obtained through medium-frequency induction furnaces, improving material performance.
(2) Lost-foam static casting
We use the most advanced lost-wax precision casting, resin sand casting and negative-pressure casting. Suitable for various small-batch customer requirements. After casting, all cast products are machined, assembled and packaged — a one-stop service for your peace of mind!
(3)centrifugal casting
Equipped with horizontal centrifugal casting machines for pipe casting, capable of casting small-bore pipes from 50 mm OD up to 1600 mm large-bore pipes (max product length 6 m). Centrifugal-cast pipes, hearth rollers, etc. Also equipped with vertical centrifugal casting machines for casting straightening rings from 400 mm to 1800 mm ODtening rings from 400 mm to 1800 mm OD.
Features of centrifugal castings:
1) Directional solidification starting from the outside in contact with the mold yields a quality free of casting shrinkage cavities and entrapped foreign matter.
2) Due to centrifugal force, hollow cylindrical products with uniform wall thickness can be obtained.
3) Since there are no factors affecting solidification shrinkage, products with low casting stress can be obtained.
(4) Machining
Our company has 2 CNC machining centers and 12 ordinary lathes, capable of completing all kinds of machined products. Equipped with modern machinery including boring machines, plasma arc welders and automatic TIG welders.
