The large pit furnace has an inner diameter of 3.2 m; the lifter is designed at 2.9 m diameter and 3 m height, with a two-layer structure of base tray, spacer trays, spacers, lifting rods and honeycomb plate. The whole lifter is about 8 T and loads up to 50 T of goods. Base and spacer trays use sand casting, single piece 3 T, flask size 3.4 m. The bottom uses a ceramic molten-steel runner design for good fluidity. Material: DIN 1.4848. Total lead time 45 days. Mainly for carburizing of gears and rings.
