We supply 2520 (ASTM 310S, DIN 1.4848), Cr-Mn-N and Ni7N high-temp hearth plates and car-bottom furnace hearth plates, with guaranteed material quality and short lead times for timely delivery. Models 15KW, 30KW, 45KW, 60KW and 75KW hearth plates are suitable for various medium- and high-temperature box furnaces and car-bottom furnaces, operating within a temperature range of 850°C to 1150°C; since each furnace's hearth plate size differs, we can cast various standard and custom hearth plates to meet customers' special requirements.
The main materials selected for hearth plates are:
(1) Cr-Mn-N — suitable for temperatures below 850°C
(2) 3Cr24Ni7SiNRe — suitable for 850°C–1050°C (can replace high-chromium nickel steel)
(3) 1Cr25Ni20Si2 — suitable for 1050°C–1200°C
