Vacuum furnace tray sizes: 600*400*40, 670*450*40, 900*600*50, 700*500*50. Other sizes and materials can be custom-made. Lead time about 16–30 days. Base trays, baskets, columns, cross columns, bottom trays and fixture clamps. Main materials: 2520, 2535Nb, 2848, Co20, etc. Suitable for furnace sizes from domestic vacuum-furnace makers and the Beijing Jingdian Research Institute, plus the common 755 and 966 series. We use silica-sol / water-glass precision casting – affordable and made from pure raw material. Lost-foam casting is also available.
