Zhoushan Jintang Town, the "home of screws", produces precision screws, barrels and rubber/plastic machinery parts. Their screws need heat treatment, mainly in pit furnaces, hung on heat-resistant steel discs. We designed a heat-treatment fixture for hanging various screws – rubber-machine screws, extruder screws & barrels, parallel twin screws, barrel parts and plastic-machine accessories. It uses upper and lower heat-resistant steel discs with four 310 tie rods in between, total about 220 kg. All screws hang on the upper disc; the lower disc can hold some work pieces. Small parts can be tied with 2520 wire. To order, call us with your pit furnace diameter and depth and we will custom-make the fixture.
