1、 Overview
Screw pump is a new type of pump that operates based on the principle of rotary gear displacement. Its main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator).
Due to the special geometric shape of the component, separate sealed chambers are formed, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. Due to the selection of multiple elastic materials for the stator, this pump has characteristics that general pump types cannot handle for the transportation of high viscosity fluids and media containing hard floating particles or fiber media. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed.
Rotation can be directly transmitted through couplings, or variable speed motors, V-belts, gearboxes, and other devices can be used for speed control.
2、 Characteristics of screw pump
This screw pump has few parts, compact structure, small volume, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of this pump, and the structure is single, making it easy to assemble and disassemble.
3、 Transport medium
Various viscosities of fluids, especially high viscosity and difficult to transport media of various concentrations, as well as dry materials containing solid particles, fibers, suspended solids, gases, and mixtures of solids that cannot be stirred, sheared, or squeezed, are sensitive liquids and corrosive liquids.

1. The transportation of molasses, syrup, juice, and beet residue in sugar factories;
