W-type radiant tube is a commonly used heating device in industrial kilns. Its main heat transfer mode is radiation. The application of gas radiant tube heating devices in industrial kilns can reduce the infrastructure and operating costs of kilns, improve production efficiency and prolong the service life of kilns. The combustion atmosphere and combustion products of the gas radiant tube do not directly contact the heating workpiece, which greatly improves the product quality. At present, it is widely used in the field of metal heat treatment and industrial drying.
Features of W-type radiant tube:
1) The materials are mainly heated by radiation;
2) The combustion waste gas is not directly discharged into the furnace, which is convenient to control and adjust the atmosphere in the furnace;
3) Although the heating temperature is limited by the heat resistance temperature of the radiant tube, the temperature point in the furnace can be controlled by the number and placement of different radiant tubes;
4) Because of fast heating, fast cooling and wide adjustment range, more complex temperature control and heating procedures can be realized;
5) According to the type and use of the furnace, different types of radiant tubes, such as straight tube type and sleeve type, and U-shaped tubes are selected. Even the radiant tubes with complex shape and small diameter can achieve stable combustion and good temperature distribution uniformity.
6) The waste heat recovery device is easy to install, and the heat of burning products preheat the gas air to improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace;
7) Long service life, convenient maintenance, repair and replacement;
8) Low noise and low pollutant emission.
