There are mainly two types of gas burner structures of gas radiant tube, one is the secondary mixed combustion structure of air and gas, and the other is the gradual mixed combustion structure of air and gas. The specific structure of the former is: a cylindrical burner body is set in the fuel gas radiation pipe, an air inlet gap is set (reserved) between the burner body and the fuel gas radiation pipe, a spiral hole is set in the burner body, and the air inlet pipe passes through the center of the spiral hole. The working method is as follows: part of the fuel gas is mixed with the fuel gas in the burner body through the forward cylinder on the burner and the spiral air inlet on the spiral orifice plate to form a mixed gas flow, and then it is burned and ejected from the rear outlet cylinder of the burner body; The other part of fuel gas flows to the rear of the burner body from the air inlet gap between the burner body and the fuel gas radiation pipe, and conducts secondary mixed combustion with the primary mixed gas jet from the outlet behind the burner body.
